Testify
Testify of God the Father;
Testify His godly choice –
Testify His holy silence;
Testify His righteous voice.
We are bearing up His image;
We behold His eager care.
Testify, my holy brethren –
Testify! For He is there! –
We behold His patient waiting;
We reflect upon His will.
Come and see Him, holy brethren,
Come and worship and be still.
Testify the Holy Spirit;
Testify His gracious power.
We are working with Him daily;
We are living in His hour.
Testify the Faithful Father;
Testify His kingdom come.
Speak aloud, my holy brethren,
For our God is found awesome.
Testify – our God is loving!
Testify – our God is fierce!
See His scars of kindness, brethren –
See His side where He was pierced!
Testify His open Glory;
Testify His will to save.
Testify the barren crossbeam!
Testify the bereaved grave!
Testify ‘til thou art weary;
Testify ‘til death is rift.
Holy brethren, speak to witness –
Give thy testimony’s gift!

Be Thou Reflected
My God is the God of the wondrous and beautiful;
My Jesus is Lord of the famed and renowned,
So Spirit of Power, both faithful and dutiful,
Be praised unto Glory, where Jesus is crowned.
Strengthen our hope ‘til Thou art regarded
The only Sustainer of our Christian life.
Hold us resilient in the Faith now discarded
By those who embrace the world’s comfort of strife.
If I be the last of Believers and Baptized,
May Thou be more pleased than Thou ever hath been.
Be praised, Heaven’s Joy, though we Christians are capsized
In Death’s River, in light of the Treasures we’ve seen.
Be magnified, Jesus, and blessed in the Highest;
Receive what we offer, O Spirit, in grace,
For Thou art our Pathway – our footsteps be biased! –
And be Thou reflected when come face-to-face.
At the Right Hand of God
My ministry rests on the Earthenly footstool;
My Home lies above in the Heavenly realm.
My hope is within, in my heart-chamber’s vestibule;
My faith is without, where my God’s at the helm.
My freedom is clapped in my soul’s grateful prison,
Where I’m willingly held by the Light of the Star.
My Salvation purges where Sin made incision,
And His sacrifice covers Sin’s traumatic scar.
My glory abounds in the Spirit of Glory;
My purity dwells in the Perfected Christ,
And greatly astounding, my grace-infilled story
Is bound in my Saviour, thus heavenly priced.
My comfort is laid on the Tri-Fold foundation,
While my task is before me on Earth’s fallen sod –
But fear not, my spirit! My peace stirs elation,
For my Holiness sits at the Right Hand of God!

My Prince of Peace
Lord, I thank You for the valleys.
There I learn to trust Your peace;
There my broken spirit rallies
To endless heights in heaven’s release.
Lord, I thank You for the darkness.
There my knowledge doth increase;
There my faith is made and marked – yes,
Marked and sealed – for heaven’s lease.
Lord, I thank You for the trials.
There my hope is grown to please –
To stand amidst the world’s denials;
To seek a dry, non-dampened fleece.
Lord, I thank You for the heart-ache.
There love is purged from avarice.
Return priorities I forsake;
Let my love give way to peace.
Thank You for the things we suffer
In bitter grief or quiet pain,
Because it leads, My God, to vict’ry
When Flesh succumbs to godly strain.
So, form the valleys, God Almighty!
Bid the darkness cover light,
Because our faith will stand uprightly
Whether blinded or with sight.
Select my trials of frustration;
Lay down on me what I can raise
By prayer request and supplication;
By public and unspoken praise.
Lastly, God, prepare my heart-ache.
I cannot fear – I’m in Your hand.
Permit me bear whate’er for Your sake;
Partake in Glory’s fine command.
For there is peace, my Holy Captain;
There is peace – I plead its end!
Heaven’s standard knows no boundary;
Its lasting peace is meant to mend.
Though I be broken, God, to reach it –
Crushed, to find my journey’s won –
I will have gained the life eternal,
Because – my Peace! – He is Your Son.

Wonder of Wonders
Judge of judges, I deserve condemnation –
But what is this? Tis Mercy instead!

But wonder of wonders, I’m not of the dead.
King of kings, I deserve humiliation –
But what is this? Tis Glory’s home!
Lord of lords, I deserve no liberation –
But wonder of wonders, I’m not left to roam.
Light of light, I deserve fearful Shadow –
But what is this? Tis Victory’s hour!
O Truth of truth, I deserve nothing hallow –
But wonder of wonders, I’m held in Your power.
Love of loves, I deserve no recognition –
But what is this? Tis Grace’s arms!
I Am, above all, know my contrition –
But wonders of wonders, I’m safe from hell’s harms.
Father of fathers, I deserve no contentment –
But what is this? Tis Faith’s fine cloak!
Captain of captains, I deserve your resentment –
But wonder of wonders, Your forgiveness spoke.
Prince of princes, I deserve no alliance –
But what is this? Tis Holiness, fair!

But wonder of wonders, You conquered me there!
Vanquisher of vanquishers, You deserve my allegiance –
